FAQ
1. How do I book the activities?
The easiest way to book is through our online shop. Your entrance ticket already includes several fun activities, such as meeting the reindeer, sledding, snowshoeing and kick-sledding.
Extra activities such as snowmobiling, the private sauna & jacuzzi, and reindeer walks can be added to your booking as extra services in the online shop. We highly recommend booking these in advance to guarantee your spot. You can also book them at our reception upon arrival, subject to availability.
You can find a more detailed description of everything included in the price on our "Buy tickets" page.
2. Can children and teens drive snowmobiles?
Only adults (+ 18 years) with a valid driver's license can drive the snowmobiles. Children and teens can join the ride as passengers (if over 140cm) or in sleigh pulled by a guide (under 140cm). We also have children's snowmobile track where the little ones can drive their own mini-snowmobiles.
3. Is the park crowded?
Visitor numbers vary, but it is usually quieter on weekdays and earlier in the day. We monitor capacity closely to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone.
4. Is there food available?
Yes! Our café offers hot paninis, sausages, cakes, sweets, and hot beverages. You can also grill your snacks in our Lappish Tepee.
5. What is the best way to get there?
If you don't have a car, the best way to reach us is by the Northern Lights Park Shuttle Bus. It runs three times a day from Rovaniemi city center:
10:30
13:30
17:30
The shuttle is the most affordable way to visit us, and it will also take you back to the city center after your adventure.
If you prefer your own schedule, you can also reach us easily by Taxi or Uber.
